02.10.09What Live Uncomfortably Is All About - W/ VideoI made a very simple video explaining what Live Uncomfortably is all about. It isn't rocket science or anything extremely new or groundbreaking. But, sometimes, the simplest concepts need to be explained aloud for them to sink-in. I decided to make this video after buying The Dip, by Seth Godin. I've borrowed from him a bit in the video to illustrate my point. I highly recommend the book for anyone who is having a hard time deciding what to do with their lives (so pretty much everyone). My friend Tait and I stand at the meeting point. 01.31.09My Live Uncomfortably 30 Day ChallengeOver the past 5 some months I've had some of the greatest times in my life. For example: I gained 10 lbs of muscle in 7 weeks of workouts in Panama. I gained at least 5 lbs of fat and lost some of that muscle navigating the night life in Buenos Aires (they don't leave the house to go out until 2 AM). 11.29.08Miss Colombia, CartagenaI left Cartagena, Colombia quite awhile ago, but it'd be stupid of me not to share some of my experiences from the Miss Colombia festival. I got to Cartagena at the absolute perfect time. For the week that I was there the Miss Colombia festival/carnival/competition was raging. There were beauty queens on the stage and on the street. All of the Miss Colombia contestants look like hotter versions of a young Sandra Bullock. Throw in an incredible body and you've got 2 reasons to never leave Colombia.
